Artisan chocolatier Nicolas Charpin transforms cocoa beans into chocolate tablets, bites and molds.
He has also added another string to his bow by becoming an artisan ice-cream maker. He makes his ice creams with quality ingredients, always fresh and/or raw, and never using artificial flavoring.
