This modern detached house with a private garden (not overlooked) is set out on 2 levels. In summer, garden furniture and a barbecue are available.

It is conveniently located in the Bourg-d'Oisans town, with views of the surrounding forests and mountains and only 1km from all amenities.

On the ground floor, there is:
* a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer etc..)
* a living room with a wood stove and direct access to the terrace
* a laundry room with washing machine and dryer
*a toilet
*access to the closed garage for skis, bikes and motorbikes

On the first floor there is:

* bedroom 1 with 2 single beds
* bedroom 2 with a 140 cm double bed
* bedroom 3 with a 140 cm double bed
* bedroom 4 with a double bed 140 cm and its private bathroom + private toilet
* 1 bathroom with toilet.

A TV/ Internet/ telephone box is available.

This is a perfect base camp for exploring and discovering the region of Oisans.

The new link to Alpe d'Huez via the Eau d'Olle Express teleport in Allemond is only 15 minutes away by car. This means that you can access the Alpe d'Huez ski area via Oz-en-Oisans, avoiding the road and its 21 mythical twists and turns.

Les Deux Alpes is 20 km away and can also be reached using the Venosc cable car (14km).

Vaujany with its ice rink, swimming pool and bowling alley is 20 km away.

Many sports are available, including rafting and canyoning in the turquoise waters of the Vénéon, canoeing and paddling on the Rive (the river running through Bourg d'Oisans) or on the dam lakes, hiking on the 900 km of trails, or mountain biking or cycling with the mythical passes (Galibiern Croix de Fer, etc.) within easy reach.
