Le Catelan

The Catelan features a spacious, cozy chalet-style interior spread over two floors and can comfortably accommodate 16 people in five beautifully decorated bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and separate toilets.

An outdoor staircase on the property leads to the first-floor terrace; on the left side of the terrace is the entrance to a separate rental unit, and on the right is the entrance to Le Catelan. You enter directly into the spacious open-concept living/dining/kitchen area.

The living room features a cozy mountain-style interior with a fabulous wood-burning stove, a television, and comfortable sofas. There are two dining tables that seat 18 people and a well-equipped professional kitchen with high-quality appliances, including a large fridge-freezer, a gas stove, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher—making self-catering on vacation a pleasure!

The largest of the five bedrooms is on the first floor and features a double bed and a single bed, with two additional children’s beds on the loft. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub.

The other four bedrooms are on the ground floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase. Each bedroom features a combination of double or single beds and adult-sized bunk beds to accommodate all types of groups. All bedrooms feature a modern bathroom with a bathtub or shower, a toilet, and plenty of storage space for personal belongings. The house also offers Wi-Fi, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a TV.

On the side of the building on the ground floor is a large, secure bike storage area, equipped with bike tools, wall hooks, a floor pump, and a bike rack. There are also ski lockers and a space to store winter sports equipment.

The house enjoys an enviable location in lovely gardens with a magnificent outdoor area for relaxing or enjoying an evening aperitif. There are lounge chairs, a table, and chairs for al fresco dining.

There is a traffic-free bike path (Voie Verte) accessible from the house. This provides a scenic route to the village centers of Bourg d’Oisans and Allemond when walking or biking with the family.

A free shuttle stops 100 meters from the house during the holiday season, providing service to Allemond (Oz-en-Oisans ski lift) and to Bourg d’Oisans and Venosc (Les 2 Alpes ski lift).
