Welcome to the "Les Pâtes en Oisans" workshop in the heart of Le Bourg.
This is where fresh egg pasta is made by hand.
The pasta's composition is authentic: top-quality French durum wheat semolina, Isère farm eggs and mountain water.
Pasta, ravioli and gnocchi are prepared with quality ingredients. No additives, flavoring, coloring or preservatives.... All natural! Our recipes are based on local produce and short distribution channels.
To bring color to your plate...Fresh vegetables and wild herbs color pasta in parsley green, tomato red or beet violet.
Several shapes of pasta are shaped. Several flours are selected. Poached, pan-fried or au gratin, pasta can be invented to suit every taste. Come and discover.
