Welcome to the "Les Pâtes en Oisans" workshop in the heart of Le Bourg.
This is where fresh egg pasta is made by hand.
The pasta's composition is authentic: top-quality French durum wheat, Isère farm eggs and water from our mountains.
Our pasta, ravioli and gnocchi are made with quality, natural ingredients. No additives, flavoring, coloring or preservatives....
To bring color to your plate: fresh vegetables, herbs and spices color pasta from green to purple!
Several pasta shapes are created... Poached, pan-fried or au gratin, our pasta invites you to be creative in the kitchen! Come and discover them.

POINTS OF SALE:
You can buy our pasta at the Bourg-d'Oisans market on Saturday mornings and at Pierre Châtel on Sunday mornings. Fresh pasta and gnocchi can also be purchased from the following producers' stores: La Combe Gourmande in Uriage and Fermes d'Ici in La Mure.
For professionals too, it's possible.

If you want to reduce your waste, "Les Pâtes en Oisans" encourages you to bring your own containers to avoid the use of single-use packaging.
