The mini-groups are between individual support and group lessons, and allow for responses tailored to the needs of each. They bring together 3/4 people at the rate of a weekly session.

Body exercise from adapted postures performed in dynamics and especially static.
Listening to and exploring the breath that regenerates and contributes to physical, mental and emotional balance.
Relaxation that significantly supports the "healing process". It allows us to reach a state of deep physiological and psychological relaxation to become introspective and learn to be in the body space, to be present for our sensations.
Meditation is part of the experience and usually comes naturally.
Sessions to also live the experience of this space-time where there is nothing to do, where we make it happen. An approach that leads to feeling and becoming aware of the life energy that is present within yourself.

All year round, every Monday between 6 pm and 7.30 pm.
20€ to 25€/ course per person with engagement for 10 courses minumum.
