About : Mindful walking and yoga

Reconnect with your inner self by enjoying a yoga session in connection with the natural elements. Explore the surrounding nature with your senses: the volumes, colours and smells, and connect with your body against the magnificent backdrop of the Oisans mountains.
A dynamic yoga session to enable the warmth of your body to respond to the cold of winter. Time for self-presence and mediation in movement will also be included in the yoga session.
