Reconnect with your deep nature by practicing a yoga session in connection with the natural elements. Explore the surrounding nature with your senses: volumes, colors, smells and connect to your body with as support the authentic and majestic panorama of the mountains of the Oisans.
A rather dynamic yoga practice to allow the heat of the body to respond to the cold of winter. Moments of presence to oneself as well as mediations in motion will also be on the program of the yoga session.
