About : Hydrospeed – Integral Rafting
White-water swimming (hydrospeed ©) is the activity that requires the greatest physical fitness, as it is both more technical and more 'sporty'.
We offer a 4.5 km course, for over 1 hour of activity and a total rotation (including equipment, free shuttle and briefing) of 2 hours 15 minutes.
An even sportier 2-hour course is also available in the Gorges de la Bonne, depending on water levels and availability.
Minimum age: 12 years
