Alpe d’Huzes – Volunteers climb-up

Pedaling can make money! And with a good cause to boot!
The Alpe d'Huzes is a charity event, not a competition, and the aim is to raise funds for the KWF, the Netherlands' official national cancer research organization.

For the past 14 years, organizers, cyclists and their families have been taking up residence in the Oisans region, where they have combined the spirit of giving and the spirit of surpassing oneself. This generous spirit is now even broader, as this year registration is open to all, whether local residents or holidaymakers (even minors if accompanied by an adult).

When it comes to climbing, choose a date (and only one) to suit your objectives.
Never had the chance to tackle the 21 laces? Now's your chance!
And don't forget: the aim isn't to finish first, but to finish at all.

Wednesday June 4: for a single ascent of Alpe d'Huez, by pedaling or running, with all volunteers and companions (dry ascent).

Thursday June 6: the day of the official event, to climb the 21 laces of Alpe d'Huez from 1 to 6 times by bike or run.
