About : Flavours from nature: a Plant & Culinary meet up

At the beginning of the summer, why not join us outside in Oisans, to "herbalize" together and get acquainted with seasonal local edible plants.
Using a sensory approach (sight, touch, smell), we will learn to identify them with certainty and tell them apart from possible toxic varieties. Basic botanical information will be shared, as well as the properties of the plants encountered and their various uses. We will also taste some of them during the exploratory picnic*: a nutritious, tasty and convivial occasion!

Caroline does her utmost to ensure that the activities she proposes can take place in good conditions! Here are her measures: - hydro-alcoholic gel at the beginning of the outing / workshop + available throughout if necessary - visors made available for each participant (for those who prefer a mask). The visor is less tiring and also allows you to smell the plants, an important point of identification. The visors are disinfected after each event. - for outings: botanical magnifying glasses are provided for each participant (it is no longer a magnifying glass that is passed around), collected at the end of the outing, and disinfected. - for the cooking and painting workshops: disinfection of the equipment between each workshop. - no lending of equipment between participants: bring what you think you need (notebook, pen, tape, apron...). - Keep a safe distance between participants.
