Departure at 9am for a morning of VAE towards the plain of Bourg d'Oisans.

Pic nic next to the river of Bourg d'Oisans. You can rest and enjoy the natural environment.

After the meal, Neil supports the group for the descent on the shore across the plain of Bourg. It's time to work your biceps!
Count around 1h / 1h30 of navigation.

On arrival, we go back in the saddle and leave for an afternoon of ballad in VTTAE along the river.

Difficulty: You must know the basics of mountain biking: Braking, Balance, Gearshift ... No particular physical level. Minimum of size 1,40m.

Material: Provide sports shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen and a windbreaker. Do not forget to take water and cereal bars.

The price includes the rental of the VTTAE, the guide, the pic nic and the kayak / paddle on the river.
